Omake - Yohko Special Edition?: As viewers had wondered - ADV Films had released two versions of the first Devil Hunter Yohko OVA, the original Japanese version, and the English Dubbed "Special Edition". Many have thought of what may of been cut, and this usually leads to the sexual scenes, which aren't edited at all, but this website's webmaster has carefully spotted these minor deletions made by the director. We shall now take a look into them, so if you haven't seen the OVA, do not continue reading this, as it contains spoilers. » Photo As you may of remembered, grandmother took Yohko into a secret room, hidden in their home. After Madoka tells Yohko that she pulled her out of bed with a demon, Yohko actually gives her grandmother a mad look, this was, for some reason, cut from the Japanese version. » Photo When Hideki is called to the Principal's office, he prepares to knock on her door, but when she tells him to come in, he actually looses his grip. Again, strangely cut from the original. » Photo A » Photo B When Yohko blasts through a door, The Demon Queen says her name. Before we see Yohko beginning to transform, we actually see a shot panning torwards her. » Photo A » Photo B After we pan to Yohko, we also pan to The Black Queen. This was cut too. Well, that's pretty much it. There are a couple of slightly extended shots, and strangely different changes (Osamu turns back to the Principal when she calls to him, but in the original, his body simply "fades" to him looking back).
